How to apply
- Download the application form online; your lottery number is assigned automatically.
- Complete, sign and email the application form.
- After we receive the form, arrange a viewing appointment and attend in person.
- Bring copies of income evidence (e.g. three payslips or alternatives) and a recent credit report to the viewing, or email them afterwards.
All required documents must be received by 21 October 2026 at 8:00 pm. Email: hallo@sascha-rezwani.de. Attending the viewing and submitting complete, verified documents are mandatory to enter the draw.
Each download creates a new lottery number. Please download only once. A number alone does not mean admission.
How the allocation works
- Download the application form online to receive your personal lottery number.
- Complete and sign the form and email it to hallo@sascha-rezwani.de.
- Only after receiving your form will we arrange a viewing for 19, 20 or 21 October 2026.
- Attend your confirmed viewing in person. Bring copies of income evidence and a recent credit report or email them after the viewing.
- All required documents must arrive by 21 October 2026 at 8:00 pm. Applications are checked against the same criteria; a higher income offers no advantage.
- On 22 October 2026, eligible lottery numbers will be randomly ranked. Reload the results page after publication to see your position.
- The person ranked first is contacted personally; everyone else is also notified. If the tenancy does not go ahead, the next person in the ranking is considered.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the apartment being rented out?
The apartment belongs to my parents, who still live there but will be moving out shortly. It will then be rented out privately.
When will I receive the exact address?
The apartment is on Brühlstraße in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. We will provide the full address, including the building number, on the day of your confirmed viewing.
Do I need to decide immediately?
You must email your application form before an appointment can be arranged. After the viewing you may decide whether to proceed; all required supporting documents must arrive by the deadline.
I urgently need a home for personal reasons. Can my situation be taken into account?
We want to give everyone an equal chance, regardless of personal circumstances such as income or living situation. Therefore, eligible applicants who submit all required documents take part in a random draw.
Does applying early improve my chances?
No. Eligible applications enter a documented random draw regardless of when they were received.
How are the lease and keys handed over?
The person whose number is drawn first will be contacted personally and receive the lease for review. Signing and key handover take place at an agreed in-person appointment. The lease starts on 1 November 2026.
Can I move in later?
Moving in later is generally possible. However, the lease and rent payments begin on 1 November 2026 regardless of your move-in date. We will arrange the key handover individually.
